银证软件开发有限公司是一间致力于公用事业计算机管理应用的专业软件提供商,公司的愿景是以城市燃气行业信息管理软件研发和服务为切入点,逐步扩展到水务、电力、热力等市政公用领域,进而成为国内最大的公用事业应用软件平台和专业服务供应商。
公司前身是中国光大电脑开发有限公司成立于 1988 年。十多年来,公司承接了大量的软件开发、系统集成和信息服务的项目。现获得台湾博讯科技股份有限公司投资,转制为中外合资企业。
公司拥有大批高科技人才,董事长周道熊 Dr. Joseph Chou Tao-Hsiung 博士,曾任 IBM 台湾、 ITT 亚洲区、 UNISYS 远东区公司董事长、总经理等职务。
公司在数据库、数据仓库、 CTI 等信息基础技术; MIS 、 CRM 、 CALL CENTER 、 ERP 等应用技术;网站制作、网络建设、网络管理等互联网技术方面有着突出的技术优势。
近年来公司专注于公用事业特别是城市燃气的信息化解决方案研究,并成功开发出自主知识产权的软件 ENESYS 。
ENESYS 是城市燃气综合解决方案,分为管道燃气和 LPG 瓶装液化气两大系列,其中管道气产品覆盖工程建设、用户管理、抄表收费、服务管理、资产设备管理、呼叫中心、生产管理等业务环节; LPG 产品覆盖采购、充装、库存、调拨、零售、批发、财务管理、呼叫中心等全线业务环节。 ENESYS 产品引入互联网多层应用架构、面向对象设计以及独特的操作场景驱动的功能部署,可针对企业进行快速定制和实施,并和 SCADA 系统、 GIS 系统、仿真系统无缝整合,形成城市燃气企业全面解决方案。
目前 ENESYS 产品已经拥有国内近 30 家城市燃气企业客户。
除燃气业务外,公司还是国内最早倡导 CTI 技术在银行界应用的 IT 公司。短短几年中,公司先后成功推出了全中文图文电话终端系统、 “ 四合一 ” 电子银行、企业银行、网上银行、客户服务中心等一系列系统。尤其是在客户服务中心方面,公司承担了多家总行的大型客户服务中心软件开发,并推出了金融呼叫中心基础业务平台。该平台基于 J2EE 三层模式,不仅可以实现来电管理、知识库检索、客服记录、投诉管理等呼叫中心基本应用功能,还可以提供帐务查询、外汇买卖、银证通等基础业务处理功能。良好的信誉、精良的技术使公司赢得了较高的市场占有率,业务范围也由银行逐步扩展到政府、保险、民航、医疗等多个领域。

Brief introduction of Dfsoft
Digital Finance software development company Ltd is a software provider of information management system for public utilities industry. Our vision is to start from city gas management information system and service software, and to expand to variety of public utilities services including water supply, electricity and heating etc. Our ultimate goal is to become the leading ERP software and professional service provider for public utilities industry.
The predecessor of the company is China Everbright computer ltd. found in 1988. In the past dozens of years, the company has successfully finished a lot of software development projects in management information system service and integration. Right now, funded by Taiwan AionTech group, DFsoft becomes a joint-venture company.
Our company is a high-technology company with outstanding technical staff members. Board Chairman, Dr. Joseph Chou Tao-Hsiung, had ever been the president or CEO for IBM Taiwan, ITT Asia, Unisys Far East.
The company has a lot of experiences and technical strength as follows: basic information technology based on database, data warehouse and CTI (Computer and Telephony Integration) technology; application technology including MIS (management information system), CRM system (Customer Relationships Management) and Call Center ; and internet platform technology based on Web site design, home page achievement e-business platform construction and network management.
Recently, our company is focusing on developing utility company management information system software development, and we have successfully developed our own independent software ENESYS for City gas company.
ENESYS is an integrated solution for city gas information management. It includes two software packages on Pipeline Gas and Cylinder LPG.. “ENESYS for pipeline” covers the whole business process from the engineering projects construction, customer management, billing, service, enterprise asset management, call center to pipe line gas production. “ENESYS for LPG” also covers the complete business process for a LPG company, like LPG purchase, filling, inventory, transmission, retailing, wholesale, financial control, Call center.
As a state-of-the-art software, ENESYS package uses a lot of advanced technologies like web based multi-tiers application architecture, Objected Oriented system design, unique “application scenes” driven function deploy, which can help city gas companies a quick system customization and implementation and well integrated with SCADA, GIS, Simulation systems.Up till now, ENESYS has been widely used in nearly 30 different City Gas Companies in China.
Beside our gas business, DFSOFT is the fist IT Company that promoted CTI technology in bank business. In just a few years, we have successfully developed Chinese graphical and verbal telephone terminal system, 4 in 1 electronic bank, enterprise bank, online bank, and customer service center etc. In the area of customer service center, we developed large customer service center software for the headquarters of many banks, and financial call center basic business platform. This platform is based on J2EE 3 layer model, it not only can realize basic call center functions such as incoming call management, knowledge base indexing, customer service record, complaint management etc, but also support basic business process functions such as account query, foreign exchange, DFSOFT passport etc. Our good reputation and excelled technology win us very high market share.
